Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
